It's happening so fast. I'm am about to become an 8th grader! I mean by skipping a grade I sort of cheated so you know I'm really a 7th grader but I have the smarts of a 10th grader so I'm being deprived of my greatness by only being in 8th grade. When you think about it like that (the Melita way) 8th grade sounds tiny and immature. A small path on the side of the road to the true meaning of education and what's going to make me a picture of greatness. Just saying.......
School starts on August 29th. Two days and twenty-eight minutes before I approve, but what are you gonna do? I'm on the Hurricanes team. Which is good because I have friends. And some of them are on that team. In our school we have teams just to make it more fun. Instead of just saying, "I'm in Ms. Melita's class," you can say, "I'm on the Hurricanes team." Fun, right? Thought so.
In honor of the beginning of the end of middle school we went shopping and I got Guess jeans. Guess what? Guess jeans! The fancy expensive kind. The adorable kind that no matter what size you are, you look skinny. Well I'm guessing, but I've never seen a non-skinny person in Guess jeans, so how should I know? I also got an adorable dress for a black and white party we're going to. I'm not going to go into detail just that it's black and white. The obvious has just been unveiled. (I pointed out the obvious.)
Melita has left the building.
